College students are the writers and creators of the "Chinese Dream".School physical education is an important link in the cultivation of lifelong physical education.It is also a key period in the transition from "education physical education" to lifelong physical education.It is also a key link in improving college students' self-moulding ability and developing their moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and all-round work together.In the new situation of implementing a series of new sports concepts such as "people-oriented","lifelong sports","healthy sports behavior","physical and mental health" and integrating them into the teaching objectives of colleges and universities,the renewal of the educational concepts of colleges and universities and the development of the train of thought of personnel training are the top priorities of the educational reform of Guangxi colleges and universities.Therefore,paying attention to the psychological needs,behavior,consciousness and motivation of College Students' physical exercise is one of the important links to realize the cultivation of talents in Colleges and universities.Psychological needs of physical exercise are the psychological nourishment products needed for the psychological growth,adjustment and experience of pleasure,which refer to the needs of self-determination,ability and relationship of physical exercise;physical exercise behavior refers to people's planned physical exercise needs in order to meet their own physical exercise needs.Purposeful physical activity of a certain intensity,frequency and duration through physical exercise methods and means,which includes three characteristics: physical exercise intensity,exercise frequency and exercise duration.Based on the basic psychological needs,this study uses the methods of documentation,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis to study the psychological needs and physical exercise behavior of college students in Guangxi.The main purpose of this study is to measure and investigate the satisfaction degree of psychological needs and physical exercise behavior of college students in Guangxi when they participate in physical exercise,focusing on College Students' physical education.Relevant analysis and regression analysis are carried out on each dimension of exercise psychological needs and physical exercise behavior,and regression equation is established to explore the influence of each dimension of exercise psychological needs on the three characteristics of physical exercise behavior and the relationship between them,which will realize "people-oriented","lifelong sports","healthy sports behavior" in Physical Education in Guangxi universities."Physical and mental health" and cultivation of all-round development of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and labor of college students play an important and realistic role in promoting,and can also provide a reference for enriching the theory of physical exercise psychology and physical exercise behavior.The results show that:1.The characteristics of College Students' psychological needs for physical exercise in Guangxi are as follows: Among the college students participating in physical exercise,the average value of male students' psychological needs for physical exercise is higher than that of female students in three dimensions.There are significant differences between male and female students in the dimensions of overall satisfaction and autonomous needs for physical exercise,and there is no significant difference in the dimensions of relationship needs and ability needs for physical exercise.There are significant differences in the three dimensions of psychological needs for physical exercise among students of different majors,among which the average values of the three dimensions of psychological needs for physical exercise of students of medical majors are higher than those of students of liberal arts and engineering majors,and the intensity of physical exercise of students of science and medicine majors is much higher than that of students of liberal arts majors;students of different grades are participating in physical exercise.There is no difference in the dimensions of general satisfaction,relationship needs and ability needs,but significant difference in the dimension of self-determination needs of physical exercise.There is no difference in the three dimensions of psychological needs of physical exercise among college students from different places of origin.2.The characteristics of College Students' physical exercise behavior in Guangxi are as follows: among the college students participating in physical exercise,there are significant differences in the three characteristics of physical exercise behavior between different genders,and the mean values of the three characteristics of male students' physical exercise behavior are higher than those of female students;there are significant differences in the three characteristics of College Students' physical exercise behavior in different professional categories,including science.The intensity of physical exercise of medical students is much higher than that of liberal arts students;there are significant differences in the three characteristics of physical exercise behavior among college students of different grades;there are no differences in the three characteristics of physical exercise behavior among college students from different places of origin.3.The influence of College Students' psychological needs for physical exercise on their physical exercise behavior is as follows: there is a significant positive correlation between the psychological needs of physical exercise and the dimensions of physical exercise behavior of college students in Guangxi;the most important factor affecting the amount of physical exercise is the need forself-determination of physical exercise,followed by the need for relationship,and the need for ability affects the amount of physical exercise.It is not significant;when the three dimensions of psychological needs of physical exercise are satisfied,college students will have a positive impact on the intensity of individual physical exercise,and the stronger the sense of self-determination needs and ability needs,the greater the intensity of individual physical exercise;when college students participate in physical exercise,the greater impact on the duration of physical exercise is physical exercise.The need of exercise relationship,followed by the need of ability,has no significant effect on the duration of physical exercise;when college students participate in physical exercise,the need of self-determination and ability is satisfied,it will have a positive impact on the frequency of physical exercise.The stronger the sense of self-determination and ability need is,the higher the frequency of individual physical exercise is,and the need of physical exercise relationship is.Satisfaction has little effect on the frequency of physical exercise.
