The purpose of the study: Our study is carried out to discuss the relationships of Parent-child interaction、Coping styles and Hope in the rural primary and middle school students, and to further explore the hope in the mediation role of Parent-child interaction influencing on coping styles. Through our study, we want to achieve the target which the parents will realize the importance of Parent-child interaction, and the level of hope in rural primary and middle school students will improve. The last, We hope to provide certain theoretical support and education guiding ideology for how prompting the teenagers to use the positive mature coping styles.The method of the study: The study mainly adopts literature analysis and questionnaire survey to carry out. Our research object is grade five to grade nine students in rural areas of Hunan province. We use four scales for measuring tool, like as the CHS, Parent-Adolescent Communication scale, FACESⅡ-CV and Coping Style scale of Middle school students.The results of the study:(1)Parent-child interaction in terms of rural primary and middle school students has significant differences on the parents’ relationship; Family intimacy shows significant differences on the left-behind situation; Parent-child communication exists significant difference in gender.(2) The coping styles of rural primary and middle school students have significant difference both on gender, grade, left-behind situation and parents’ relationship.(3) The level of hope has significant differences on gender, grade and parents’ relationship between rural primary and middle school students.(4) Parent-child interaction, coping styles and hope are significantly correlated on the whole. Specific performance like below: Parent-child interaction have positive predictive power to hope and the coping styles of pointing to the problem; The hope have positive predictive power to the coping styles of pointing to the problem; Parent-child communication has negative predictive power to the coping styles of pointing to the mood.(5) Hope exists between family adaptability and coping styles of pointing to the problem as partial intermediary role: Family adaptability can directly affect coping styles of pointing to the problem and can also indirectly influence it by the hope. Parent-child communication influences coping style through the intermediary role of hope completely.The conclusions of the study: Hope exists between family adaptability and coping styles of pointing to the problem as partial intermediary role. Parent-child communication influences coping style through the intermediary role of hope completely.
