In this study, the Gini coefficient as a research tool, the establishment of the index system of vocational education in the allocation of resources, it has researched 2001-2010 vocational secondary education, allocation of resources, inter-provincial differences from the human, financial and material resources. The study found that inter-provincial distribution of vocational secondary education, the allocation of resources is relatively reasonable, and the difference is similar to the regional economic development. In addition, we also found that the more economically backward region, the allocation of resources of human, financial resources, material these three areas is relatively more backward. And 31 regions in China, most of the region is lagging behind economic development, vocational education resource allocation is relatively backward. So I believe that should speed up the economic development in each region to further enhance the development of vocational education, and ultimately vocational education and regional economic development mutual promotion and common development of a virtuous circle.Vocational education as a kind of important education type of the national education, mainly in order to cultivate students with direct employment ability, this article from the vocational education in the category of big choice as a general type of vocational education, vocational high schools in vocational middle school education samples to analyze the local provincial difference of vocational education resources allocation, hope with the support of large sample data analysis, we can draw on a provincial vocational high schools objectivity description analysis of resource allocation, resource allocation efficiency of high and low for the development of vocational education has important significance, through the use of science and the coefficient of specific indicators to explore provincial configuration differences in terms of manpower, material resources, financial resources, then draws useful related laws, in order to be able to relevant policies to provide a systemic scientific plan, and promote the balanced development of every province vocational school education.Innovation of this paper lies in: expanded the gini coefficient in the education application, using the gini coefficient measure of provincial difference of vocational education resources allocation, on the basis of the data analysis results, the descriptive analysis provincial difference of vocational education resources configuration, and then analyze its possible reasons. Reasonable conclusions and Suggestions finally.The deficiency of this paper lies in: the only provincial differences, relatively speaking, cannot fully reflect all the differences of vocational education resources allocation, this is mainly constrained by the availability of data.
