Research On The Scientific Research Organization Reform Of Modern University Based On The Collaborative Innovation

Cooperative innovation is a new scientific paradigm of the modern university that adapt to the need of social development. It is not only the inevitable choice of universities to improve the innovation ability and scientific research efficiency, but also an endogenous demand for modern university innovation from splitting to fusion, separation to integration. Obviously, present scientific research organization of modern university is dominated by knowledge production and dissemination of scientific research and the concept of bureaucracy culture shackles and strong defense preparations and single organizational structure hindered the advance collaborative innovation. Therefore, in the cooperative innovation concept, existing research organizations will need to reform to adapt to the requirements of internal and external coordination. This research enrich Burton Clark’s organization theory, meanwhile, has the positive significance for system design and path selection for the reform of the modern university scientific research organization.This research mainly uses the literature research method, historical research method, interdisciplinary research method, based on the perspective of cooperative innovation, utilize belief, power and work three category in Burton Clark’s organization theory as analysis framework, analysis the existing problems of modern university scientific research organization from an all-around point of view: from the aspect of belief culture, collaborative innovation attaches importance to utilize of knowledge and pay attention to coordination of science and technology and social economic benefits; in the distribution of two kinds of power, collaborative innovation needs the researchers have more academic power to freely use the innovative human, material and financial resources and other resources; in the organizational structure, collaborative innovation needs a more flexible structure to ensure optimum disposition of scientific and technological resources.At the same time, Based on the clarification of the scientific research organization development history logic, the research analysis and discuss the change of characteristics from traditional university to modern university scientific research organization. From the perspective of collaborative innovation, analyzing the internal and external causes and related factors of modern university scientific research organization reform and constructing reform model theory. From the perspective of belief, power and work, three analysis categories to explore the existing problems of modern university scientific research organization and put forward the adaptation mode of scientific research organization of modern university reform collaborative innovation, which are the scientific community mode facing the major needs of the country, interdisciplinary fusion independent organization mode and cluster mode based on virtual organization.The innovation of this study mainly includes: firstly,it explains the impact of innovation that brought to the scientific research organization of modern university: the task of scientific research organization belief, the academic power of scientific research organization and the flexibility of scientific research organization structure; secondly, it constructs the theoretical model interacted by organization, cultural and resources factors in the reform of modern university scientific research organization; thirdly, It put forwards three kinds of reform mode of the modern university scientific research organization, based on the perspective of belief, power and work, three analysis categories in Burton Clark’s organization theory.
