Research On Driving Strategy Of Disruptive Technology Innovation In University Scientific Research Team In China

During the nineteenth Congress of the party in 2017,the disruptive technologies was first written into the government's report,and pointing out that disruptive technology should be highlighted in the future development of science and technology in China.The development of disruptive technology is conducive to the realization of overtaking at curves.Therefore,in the era of knowledge economy,more and more attention has been paid to it.At the same time,fundamental research,which takes exploring the natural law as its own duty,is considered as a Petri dish to realize disruptive technological innovation,which has "source effect" to realize disruptive technological innovation and can effectively promote disruptive technology.Universities are mainly devoted to basic research in China,they have trained a large number of innovative talents,while gathering scientific research teams in various fields,which is the key force to promote the development of disruptive technological innovation.At present,more and more scientific research institutions and research teams are also engaged in the practice of disruptive technology innovation,but the practice of disruptive technology innovation in Colleges and universities is relatively lagging behind.Based on the field of basic research,this study takes the scientific research team of universities as the starting point to explore how to create a good environment for the implementation of disruptive technological innovation in universities,and effectively drive the disruptive technological innovation behavior of the scientific research team of universities.First of all,based on the interview,using the grounded theory analysis method,this paper digs and summarizes the driving factors of disruptive technological innovation behavior in the current university research from the collected interview raw materials,and establishes the corresponding driving model.Then combined with the driving factor model,the research teams of several universities were investigated by questionnaire.By using the method of weight calculation in factor analysis,this paper measures the different driving factors that influence the disruptive technological innovation of university research teams in China,and judges the degree of the influence of different driving factors.Therefore,we can focus on understanding the current situation and problems of scientific research development of several university research teams;Finally,it puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to help the practice of disruptive technology innovation and promote the breakthrough development of disruptive technology in China from the organizational level of scientific research team.
