With the advancement of China’s reform and opening up and the vigorous development of market economy, our non-governmental education has made rapid progress and it has become an important part of our education. Up till now, our non-governmental education is facing many difficulties and challenges as well as good opportunities. How to start the characteristic and competitive non-governmental education in such circumstances? Therefore to make a conclusion for the success of the high quality non-governmental education in junior middle school in Shunde, especially to do a case study on the management mode is meaningful in both theory and practice for the advancement of our non-governmental education development. The benign development of the non-governmental education depends on the joint effort between the macroscopic readjustment and control of the government and the characteristic development of the inner management of the school. The non-governmental school equals to the well-known school, the characteristic development creates its brands, to gain existence from development, these new viewpoints make a positive influence on our non-governmental education.
