Study On The Management And Organization Of Extracurricular Sports Activities In Primary And Secondary Schools In Shunde District

The physical and mental health of adolescent is not only an important manifestation of national vitality,but also a symbol of national comprehensive strength.The State Council has always attached great importance to the healthy growth of young people.In recent years,the State Council has continuously promoted and deepened the comprehensive reform of education.School physical education is getting more and more attention.As an extension and supplement of physical education,Extracurricular sports have the function of strengthening the students' physique and riching after-school activities.meanwhile,it has a certain social research value.However,there are some problems for extracurricular sports in the primary and secondary schools,such as numerous participants and complicated contents.Then how to manage and organize effectively will be an important factor of implementation quality in extracurricular sports.Besides,it is the only way for our country to deepen physical education reform.Through the investigation of the current situation of extracurricular sports activities in primary and secondary schools in Shunde District,this paper analyzes the current status of management and organization form in combination with regional characteristics and puts forward corresponding suggestions,so as to improve the quality of extracurricular sports activities and fully develop extracurricular sports activities and promote the comprehensive and balanced development of students.The survey takes the students,teachers and related leaders from more than 20 primary and secondary schools in Shunde District as the study object and analyzes the management and organization of extracurricular sports activities.The preliminary results show that:1.71.8% managers of primary and secondary schools in Shunde District hold supportive attitude towards extracurricular sports activities.Physical education faculties in these schools have a high management and organization level.However,there are some gaps in sport venue facilities,funds and time.There are some differences in the understanding of the extracurricular sports activities for various stages and sexes' students,but the overall situation is good.2.In Shunde District,primary and secondary schools have reasonable extracurricular sports activities and management institutions,specific division of responsibilities,perfect rules and regulations and dynamic management process.Butthis management is single and has strong administrative intervention and prominent plans.3.In Shunde District,the actual situation of primary and secondary school extracurricular sports activities is not the same in different stages.In comparison,the primary school stage is better and the organization form is also relatively richer.Compared with primary school,the junior high school and high school stage have a certain gap.In view of the research results,the following suggestions are put forward:Firstly,to improve the conditions of extracurricular sports activities,so as to provide protection for its smooth implementation.Secondly,to establish a sound extracurricular sport activity management network,so as to improve management efficiency.Thirdly,to break the traditional extracurricular sport mode and build a double plate activity system.
