Over 2400 civil social work organizations has been resgistered by the month of March, 2014. These organizations are established largely by the people bei ng enthusiastic in putting efforts in the realm of public welfare. As being non-beneficial and non-profit be the special characteristics of these organizations, the operating mode then be quite different from the way of operating a company, and problems comes out wi th the administrators do not pay muc h attention to this difference.After comprehensive analysis based on the collected data in the year of 2014 from the W social work organization in Gui Yang、the S in Ji Nan and the C in ShenZhen, how to run a social work organization well can be sum up to 4 aspects. The mainland social work organizations can get some change in its administration field 、financial department、supervior field and public relationship field and hope the findings can do help to the development of social work.Chinese social work institutions provide social work services,which is running independently and pure as the main business, while Western social work plays a complementary role in the government, related welfare organizations, enterprises and private social organizations, therefore Western social work has no similar “so-and-so social work service center” social organization to ours, which is mainly composed of pure social work service. So the study of Chinese social work organization management can be only summarized from theexperience of the current social work organization management.There exist different management issues in the three social work institutions which is selected to investigate, and the issues can be basically summed up ——the weak social support strength that institutions needs for, the low efficiency of institutionalsupervision, the disorder of financial management of social work institutions, the ossification of administration and personnel setting up.Aiming at four aspects of problems, the researchers conclude and laterrespectively put forward the following three aspects of suggestions on setting up the functi onal department of social work institutions : 1. to build stable core members of the council2.to set up supervisors that can increase accountability 3. the elastic administrative enforcement agencies; Recommendations for thefinancial management of the social work institutions : 1.financial management institutions need to apply for duty-free qualification project 2. to formulate the annual financial budget for revenues and expenditure3. the detailed financial revenue and expenditure management 4. to assist accounting firm to complete financial audit; suggestions to social work institutions supervision work: 1. the reasonable collocatinginstitution supervis ors 2. the content of the supervision work should include project administration work, social work education, emotional support work;suggestions for public relations of social work institutions : 1. the function of public relations of social work institutions should be made clear 2. the main content of public relations work should include government relations, public relations, crisis public relations, media public relations. Finally, the researchers think that social work institutions also need the government to pay more efforts to strengthen legislation to standardize management and to establish evaluation index system, and to build the entire surveillance system of qualifica tion, only in this way can the development of the social work in China in the field of social work organization management to gain much more support.
