Research On Social Work Supervision In Public Welfare Venture Project

On September26,2013, the general office of the state council published the guidance on the government to buy services from the public power which issued a clear distinction between "the buying subjects" and "the implement subjects". The "double subject" strategy of government buying public service not only brings new good news and opportunities for development, but also brings pressure and challenges to social work professional agencies.In recent years, venture philanthropy in China has been flawed. Venture philanthropy is a solving strategy to deal with the development and pressure in government、non-profit organization and the three departments which is first appeared in America and Europe. As an import, the development road of venture philanthropy in China is also being explored. At present, venture philanthropy in the process of project operation, pay more attention to incubation on the social organization and social enterprise.With the characteristic of China, the venture philanthropy project is combined with the social work practice. Government purchases service to the society through public venture projects. It reflects the government’s open consciousness for the construction of social service agencies, and it also reflects the government’s emphasis on strengthening the construction of social work team. This paper is an empirical study, which discusses the social work supervision mechanism in the role of social work programs.In a background of venture philanthropy in Nanjing, this thesis will analyze the social work supervision role in public welfare project venture capital from the perspective of social work. Through the theory, method and the process of social work, we can build a supervision work mechanism in venture philanthropy. As an example of two specific projects, firstly, we will analyze project and supervision requirements. Secondly, we will expound the concept of social work theory and concrete supervision plan implementation. At last, we will build a social work supervision mechanism from the case. Through the construction of social work supervision mechanism, the benign operation of venture philanthropy will be promoted more effectively.
