The excellent teachers are more outstanding than the general teachers at teaching, whose teaching art, popularity and influence are recognized by others. Almost every province has its own excellent teachers, and who are the representative figures of Xinjiang in the elementary and secondary school? How are their fame and influence? Why can they be stand out from Xinjiang, which is the interesting topic for me, as a native of Xinjiang. The article selected Yu Liming as the object of study, who is a popular and outstanding teacher in Xinjiang, and even all over the country. He is regarded as ‘the best one at Chinese teaching in Xingjiang’, and, he is a senior Chinese teacher of primary school who has been teaching Chinese for 17 years. Now, he is a researcher of chinese in UrumqiThis study is under the guidance of the related teaching theory, psychology theory and social learning theory. I will analyse the internal and external factors affecting the characteristics of the formation of the Chinese teaching through outstanding Yu Liming’s teeching growth,Using cause analysis to explore the art characteristic at four aspect,the teaching design, the classroom structure, the language of instruction,the black boarddesign.I hope that the local teacher of Xin jiang,especially the primary Chinese teachers can get some inspiration through the case.The first chapter introduces the topic sofhis study cause,research status at home and abroad and research methods,which finds a path for my study.Thesecond and third chapters get into his teaching world, analyzes the events hang significant impact on his growth;tease out his growth path.The fourd chapter focuses on the teaching design, the classroom structure, the language of instruction, the black boarddesign,which are to analyze and explore his unique teaching arts at Chinese teaching.The fifth chapter clarifies that Yu Liming’s teaching practice and exploration will inspire the Chinese teachers in Xinjiang primary schools.
