This paper for the national social science fund project "frontier minority areas teenagers citizen consciousness education practice mode study"(project number: 12BKS071) stage results, Xinjiang uygur autonomous region key subject construction of ideological and political education stage results. This paper is a focus subject tender autonomous region of Xinjiang normal university "Xinjiang students moral character teaching practice research"(project number: 14XSQZ0208) post-project results.Junior middle school thought moral to train the teenagers into socialism qualified successor task is to conduct moral education of the main channel and main position, and the practice teaching is an important part of moral character teaching is the effective way to moral character teaching obtains the actual effect. Xinjiang junior middle school thought moral teaching effect is not ideal at present, the "attaches great importance to the knowledge and norms, neglecting the behavior and ability", at the same time in the process of teaching lighter than the cultivation of student’s moral quality, behavior training situation, the extent of the ability to ascend,lead to actual teaching from the real life of students. Although Xinjiang develop practice teaching in junior middle school thought moral has achieved some results,but the moral character of practice teaching in the specific application is still lack of in-depth and detailed study. In this paper, based on the above reasons, the application of junior middle school thought moral practice teaching in Xinjiang are studied and discussed. Through to the junior middle school thought moral practice teaching situation and literature at home and abroad, specialized, in-depth research and analysis on junior middle school thought moral practice teaching in Xinjiang development present situation, analysis the Xinjiang junior middle school thought moral problems existing in the practice teaching, and proposes the solution strategy.This article altogether is composed of three parts: the first part mainly expounds the practice teaching and practical teaching of junior middle school thought moral concept, and sums up the features of junior middle school thought moral practice teaching in Xinjiang and significance; The second part, based on Xinjiang junior middle school thought moral practice teaching implementation of the status quo, analysis of problems existing in the practice teaching, mainly including account for a small proportion in the teaching, the method is relatively single, curriculum resources development and utilization of limited three aspects;And from the exam-oriented education as the leading pattern leads to the lack of practice teaching, practice teaching of teacher education concept, students seriously insufficient, the insufficient standard evaluation system four aspects analyzes the forming causes of the problem; The third part focuses on building a quality education as the core of the practical teaching mode, put forward the outstanding practice education idea, perfect moral character teaching practice teaching system,perfect the moral character of practice teaching effect evaluation system of the three measures, such as for Xinjiang junior middle school thought moral practice teaching how to implement provides the beneficial reference.
