Operation ability is the foundation of mathematics learning, in the students’ mathematics quality education having the effect that cannot ignore, operation ability training plan is in line with the students psychology and mathematics foundation,will directly affect the overall effect of the mathematics study, say, computing power is connected to the mathematics teachers’ teaching and students learning important hub. Look from existing mathematical operation ability research, most theorists have stressed the importance of computing power, but the basic level discussion in confined to teachers, students and specific face in learning mathematics topic specific embodiment of computing power has a certain distance. Because saw in the concrete use of mathematical operation ability in the face of students is not fully fit,some excellent researchers made a try on the content of the computing power,produced good results. But the content and methods, whether accord with the need of cultivating the ability of mathematics, students to what extent can achieve good mathematics learning effect, this is we must face the problem.This study of junior middle school students in xinjiang altay area computing power status as investigation object, aimed at the specific analysis of the junior high school computing power status and the reasons for this situation. Through the survey found that operation level status in junior high school students is mainly manifested in four aspects: 1. The computing accuracy is not high; 2. The concept of computing fuzzy, formula and principles would not choose and use; 3. Can not find a simple and reasonable operation method; 4. On the other disciplines of learning disabled. In the face of the status quo analysis, overall we get the conclusion that junior middle school students generally low computing power needs to cause the attention of teachers and to improve. Through the analysis of the phenomenon we summed up the causes of these phenomena, from the analysis on policy, the implementation of new curriculum standard requirements for operation; Analysis from the teaching: 1. The influence of the new curriculum and teaching arrangement; 2. The teachers’ knowledge structure, teaching idea and ability of junior middle school students operation ability; From the analysis on students: 1. The development of cognitive structure is imperfect impact on operation ability; 2. Junior high school students understanding of operational level; 3. Junior high school students attitude towards the behavior of the operation; 4. Lack of good mathematical thinking quality; 5. The lack of operation experience of consciousnessIn view of this, we learn from masters and interviews to first-line teachers, puts forward some Suggestions for improvement: 1. The teaching of basic knowledge and skills; 2. To strengthen the students’ thinking training; 3. Attention to the cultivation of students’ non-intelligence factors.
