Ten core concepts are clearly put forward in the “Compulsory Education Mathematics Curriculum Standard(2011 Edition)”,including "operational ability",and puts forward the important position of operational ability in learning mathematics.Many mathematical knowledge points revolve around operational ability,so it is particularly important to cultivate students' operational ability.In primary school,operation is a knowledge point that must be learned by primary school students.Since the first grade of primary school,students have been exposed to mathematics without operation.Thus,it can be seen that operation ability is an essential mathematical ability for primary school students and is in an important position in the knowledge point of primary school mathematics.Computing power is primary school students from grade one to grade six essential learning skills,the author found that in the process of internship students in bnu edition textbooks,the fifth grade already grasp the nature of the operation and the law,grade six more mathematical computation and operation difficulty,therefore,good operation basis for grade 5 is extremely important,therefore,the author selected the shenyang three different types(rural primary school,town primary school,experimental primary school)school fifth-grade students as the research object,using the method of testing by scores with the computing power is divided into decimal addition,subtraction between decimal and fraction,the division between decimal and fraction,multiplication between decimal and fraction,Simple calculation,formula solution,vertical formula and text questions eight dimensions of the test,and combined with a large number of literature,the students of the questionnaire and teacher interviews.This research to the fifth grade students with operation error rate and the reason,the students basic knowledge and skills of operation,the attitude to the operation and habits,students' factor and teacher to the student operation four dimensions were investigated,and found the students the basic knowledge and skills to master is not solid,the student in the operation process methods using inappropriate,students emotional attitude is not correct in the process of computing the three big problem,because society operation is analyzed with the basic knowledge to master does not reach the designated position,students lack of operational practice after class,students lack of the checking process,students' problem solving ability is limited,students operation process is not careful,Through in-depth study of the causes of the problem.Based on the above in-depth research questions,the following countermeasures are proposed: improve the teaching style of teachers and master the operational knowledge;Emphasize the difference of algorithm and strengthen students' operation practice;Guide students to calculate correctly and form good checking habits;Increase the comprehensive operation training and cultivate the mathematical language ability;To standardize the writing format of students and establish their own wrong topic books;Cultivate students' examination skills and improve their arithmetic ability.It is hoped that the data and conclusions of this research can play an effective role in improving students' arithmetical ability,and can provide rationalized suggestions for the teaching of frontline teachers.
