Bilingual education is a phenomenon of using two languages in the teaching progress. As a multi-national country, China implementing the bilingual education in minorities according to the needs and hopes for development is a basic policy of our education policies. Bilingual teachers, the direct player of bilingual education, how to improve their ability is the crucial to develop the bilingual education. So, it is pretty necessary to carry out a study for the post-training of minority bilingual teachers.The paper is comprised of five parts.The first part is a brief introduction. It introduces the background and the value of the research. Sorts out achievements of bilingual teachers′ post training at home and abroad.Moreover, it presents definition of bilingual teacher and post-work training of the paper and briefly gives the method of the paper.The second part is the theoretical basis of Tibetan bilingual teachers′ post work training.It simply introduces the main theory of bilingual education, second language acquisition theory and adult learning theory. At the same time, it briefly illustrates the implementing way and guiding functions of those methods in the paper.The third one is the present investigation and results analyses of the bilingual teachers′ post work training of Tibet. It begins with explaining bilingual teachers′ training, focuses on the actual investigation of Tibet bilingual teachers′ post work training.Presents the results of questionnaire and interview in the form, finally finds the problem out and gives the reason.The fourth one is building the Tibet bilingual teachers′ post work training model. After collecting the training model at home and abroad, and analysis investigation of Tibet bilingual teacher training, to establish Tibet localization training model.
