In order to promote basketball healthy and stable development in our country, we need to pay close attention to build grass-roots basketball and construct a large number of outstanding basketball training teachers and basketball workers. University Physical Education is cradle to develop sports talents, while the training of basketball talents is achieved through opening the improved course of major basketball. The improved course of major basketball is one of the main course in the physical education, it occupies an important position in the teaching of physical education department. Its main teaching purpose is to enrich students'basketball theory, master comprehensive basketball skills and competent basketball teaching, training, referees and other work. With the rapid development of science and technology and the arrival of information era, modern things begin emerge continuously, if the improved course of major basketball want to accord times, development rapidly, we must have good teaching conditions, with a solid material foundation for the guarantee. Good teaching conditions are the basis of the development of education and it is also the important guarantee to develop high-quality personnel. At the same time, good or bad teaching condition is the specific expression of the overall strength of a school or a faculty and is a true reflection of the level of teachers. It can not be ignored that the teaching condition of the basketball main class impact the basketball teaching, it not only affects the smooth implementation of teaching plans and teaching goals smoothly, but also affects the teaching content and teaching effectiveness.Our province is a big province of education, how to effectively improve the existing basketball teaching conditions, how to adapt to the needs of educational reform and social development has become a problem to be solved for physical education workers in our province and the country.According to the spirit of Ministry of Education "National College of Physical Education Specialty Course Program" awarded in June 2003 and "University and College Physical Education Major Curriculum Teaching Guidelines" awarded in 2004, with the reviewed a large number of relevant teaching, training, statistics and related colleges and universities training objectives, curriculum, teaching content reform, student ability, basketball field of scientific research and other research findings, based on a questionnaire survey, literature , expert interviews, statistics, comparative analysis, logical analysis and other research methods, I conduct the survey on improving teaching conditions of the improved course of major basketball for shandong physical education professional. By survey of the improved course of major basketball in 10 colleges'physical education institute, including Shandong Normal University, Shandong Institute of Physical Education, Jinan University, Qufu Normal University, Shandong University of Technology, Lu Dong University, Liaocheng University, Taishan College, Binzhou College, Linyi Teachers College, We understand that the differences among the training objectives, guidelines, curriculum goals, start time, credit hours, course content, teaching methods, teaching equipment selection, materials selection, facilities, teacher educational, education practice and other aspects in Shandong colleges'improved course of major basketball. Through further comparative studies, certain achievements, point out the problems and shortcomings in improving our province teaching now, and make reasonable comments and suggestions. To the adoption of the study, provide valuable theoretical basis for improving teaching and provided the help of the theory and practice for the class to better carry out.
