Teacher’s self-identity is a sub-concept attached to teacher profession development. The latter one is a current research focus, mostly located at the profession development of on-job teachers, however ignoring the research of normal students-the reserve force. Setting normal students as research object, there are two advantages compared to on-job teachers:1st, normal students are more plastic, more effective to be advanced than on-job teachers.2nd, normal students are in the critical stage of establishingself-identity, their lifelong and stable profession identity will be set up in this period.Consequently, it is more valueable in practice to research the law of self identity establishment within this period, than researching on-job teachers.The focus of this research is to explore the factors affecting normal students’ profession identity, especially trying to unveal the influence on normal students’ profession identity from normal education. Therefore, the researh set the tranning dimensionin the questionnaire. After stratified sampling on the students of Jiangxi Normal Univerity, conclusions are drew here:(1) gender factor cause difference in both total score of normal student profession identity and other there sub-dimensions.(2) grade factor has no difference in total score nor other sub-dimensions.(3) displine factor casts differneces on total score and tranining dimension, however reach consistency on identity and behaviour dimensions.(4) dependency has no difference in total score nor other sub-dimensions.(5) family cirumenstance cause difference in identity dimension while no difference on other dimension and total score.Based on the conclusions above, the author raise series of suggestions respectively on government,normal school and students:(1) the government need to advance thecurrent normal students tranning, guarantee the employment of normal students, and improve the treatment of teachers.(2)normal schools should optimize the particularityof normal education, advance the school standards practically. Normal schools must constantly enhance and innovate the system of normal student tranning, strengthen the ideological education on normal students, increasing their zeal for normal displine. Last, normal schools need to consolidate the teaching practice, helping students to improve themselves.(3) normal students should optimize knowledge structure and improve self-quality, while pay attention to the new cirumstance of education. Normal studentsshould keep good mental and physical condition. Finally, normal students need to optimize teaching ability, cultivating innovation ability and education research ability.
