Nowadays,the public has some stereotypes about the preschool teacher groups.Compared to the junior college students in preschool education major,Undergraduates in preschool education major are faced with the more public opinion pressure and more intense psychological gap.So,is there a difference in the professional identity of the undergraduates in preschool education major and the junior college students in preschool education major?Therefore,this study is based on the professional identity of the undergraduates in preschool education major,with the junior college students in preschool education major as the comparison object.Through questionnaire surveys and interviews,this paper studies the status of professional identity of preschool education students in junior college and university,analyzes the factors affecting the professional identity of preschool education students,and proposes corresponding suggestions for improving the professional identity of preschool education students.In this study,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 102 undergraduate in preschool education major of Y University and 138 junior college students in preschool education major in Y Vocational College.It is found that there is no significant difference between the teacher's professional identity of two students groups.However,the two students groups have many common characteristics:the teacher's professional identity level is slightly higher than the medium;the teacher's professional identity level is affected by the grade,the willingness to apply for preschool education major and the situation of trainee activities and internships,but it has nothing to do with the hometown of the student,and it has nothing to do with whether the immediate family member is engaged in the teacher profession.Among them,in the two factors of grade and trainee activities and internships,the undergraduate in preschool education major and the junior college students in preschool education major have the same characteristics of professional identity,all of which are in the shape of "V".In terms of grade factors,the freshman grades have the highest professional identity,the oldest grades have the lowest professional identity,and the graduating class grades have higher professional recognition.In terms of trainee activities and internships factors,the students didn't participate in the trainee activities have the highest professional identity and the professional identity of students only participate in the trainee activities is the lowest,and the students who participate in the internship have higher professional identity.On this basis,it analyzes the influential factors of the overall professional identity of the preschool education students in junior college and university,mainly the renewal of the preschool education policy environment,the demand for high-quality preschool education talents,the educational mode of two schools,the improvement of social support system in preschool education.In addition,there is internal differences in the professional identity of the preschool education students in the grades,the influencing factors are the self-efficacy of the preschool education students and the satisfaction of the professional learning resources.Then,there is internal differences in the professional identity of the preschool education students in the practical experiences,the influencing factors are the important others and important events in practical experiences.At last,there is internal differences in the professional identity of the preschool education students in the willingness to choose preschool education major,the influencing factors are the self-positioning and professional expectations.Based on those factors affecting the professional identity of preschool education students in junior college and university.Therefore,the government should improve the social status and economic income of preschool teachers,so as to improve the professional emotions and professional loyal of preschool education students.At the same time,the enrollment and employment inclination policy will be implemented to enhance the professional will of preschool education students.Colleges and universities should pay attention to the curriculum setting and curriculum implementation process,and optimize vocational guidance education,while improving the teaching practice mode to help the transformation of the role of preschool teachers smoothly.Preschool education students should achieve reasonable self-positioning,adjust attribution methods and reflect on the practice process actively,to improve their professional identity constantly.
