With the development of the international communication and the market economy, the development of China’s vocational education also changes following the social transformation. Vocational education development promotes the transformation of education structure in our country, expands the contemporary educational situation and scale of our country, and secondary vocational schools plays an important role. Because of the diversification of social needs and prompted demand for secondary vocational school talent training, secondary vocational education faces a lot of problems. Due to different types of the cultivation of the talent requirements in Chongqing secondary vocational schools, some profession shows higher physique demand. Physique training becomes a necessary means to meet the needs of the students’ physical and mental development, and guide students to deeply understand the relationships between body and health, promote the students’ physical and mental health. This research used the methods of literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics, comprehensive analysis to investigate the current situation of Chongqing secondary vocational school physique training, and showed deep analysis of the feasibility of the integrate of aerobics curriculum and physique training, explored a new path to prompt physique training in secondary vocational schools in Chongqing. This research was aimed to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational schools in Chongqing and provide the theory basis for students’ profession and technique, provide solid and accurate referen ce material for organizations. In this paper, the main research results are as follows.(1) the physique training curriculum teaching in Chongqing secondary vocational schools mostly uses to the self-made teaching material. Students’ theoretical knowledge base is relatively weak. The school physique training are mainly practice class and the main content of practice class includes the rod practice, combination of dance, body posture, physical exercises, etc.(2) the teaching assessment and evaluation of Chongqing secondary vocational school is mainly final examination, which is a summative evaluation method. The teachers’ sex ratio is 2:3, teachers’ age trend appears younger and most of the teachers have bachelor degrees.(3) it shows obvious difference of students participate in extracurricular sports activities in Chongqing secondary vocational schools. Boys tend to choose more intense antagonism exercise while girls like less antagonism sport such as aerobics, yoga, badminton etc. The number of boys and girls to participate in physical training are less.(4) the purpose of secondary vocational school students of choosing physique lesson is to improve health, learning techniques and skills. Students’ motivation of physique lesson are investigated. 42.6% of the students are to portray themselves, improve their qualities, 32% of the students are to improve its own body, and 21.5% of the students choose the lesson for their own interests.(5) we investigate how the students like the physique training curriculum. It shoes that 22% of the students like very much, 42.8% of the students rather like the curriculum and 27.8% of the students are in general. 20% of the teachers are satisfied with the physique training, 53.3% of the teachers are average satisfied and 26.7% of the teachers are unsatisfied.(6) the integration of aerobics curriculum and physique training benefit of two exercises themselves. It could improve the enthusiasm of students, students’ aesthetic consciousness and self-consciousness, and it is conducive to improve students’ physical quality.(7) the safeguard mechanism of aerobics curriculum and physique training integration in Chongqing secondary vocational school should be built. Establishing reasonable and effective supervision and evaluation mechanism, perfecting the teaching organization system, ensuring training teaching security, strengthening relative scientific research and attaching importance to teachers’ training are important.(8) the integrate measures of aerobics curriculum and physique training are as follow. We should formulate multi-level objective system, improve the teachers’ talents construction, scientifically implement aerobics curriculum and physique training, flexibly rich teaching contents, and stimulate students’ study enthusiasm. We also should conduct culture week activities for cultivating temperament and improving the aesthetic consciousness.
