China is in a critical period of accelerating socialist modernization, the urgent need todevelop a sufficient number of qualified workers and reasonable structure skilledpersonnel. Vigorously develop secondary vocational education is an important way toimprove the comprehensive quality of the whole nation and cultural knowledge, practicalskills and innovation capacity, and high-quality teachers are key elements of theconstruction and protection of secondary vocational school personnel training. S secondaryvocational schools in Chongqing heart is a national key secondary vocational schools,many years for the society both labor-based and skill-based high-quality personnel for theeconomic development of Chongqing has made many contributions. Although ofsecondary vocational education development for many years, but high-quality teachingstaff this problem has plagued the development of vocational education. Depending onhow the development of the school’s construction is of high quality teachers in everysecondary vocational schools must pay attention to the problem.S secondary vocational school is an important guarantee for the delivery ofhigh-quality talent community in Chongqing,. After20years of development, the school’sfaculty is gradually expanding, also there have been many problems and constraintsaffecting the development of the school to a certain extent. Therefore, in-depth study ofTeachers in secondary vocational schools in Chongqing S process and the reasons for theproblems, propose targeted scientific and rational coping strategies for promoting thesustainable development of the whole school to raise the level of teachers and schools hasimportant significance.In this paper, we take literature research, data access and interview survey, ChongqingS construction of teachers in secondary vocational schools to study and investigate,according to the actual development of the school, put forward relevant suggestions Ssecondary vocational schools teaching staff mainly from the following train of thought:First, is the introduction, the paper put forward the background, purpose and significanceof research, current research, research methods and technology roadmap; Then the secondpart of the definition of related concepts and presents papers and theoretical basis, mainlyelaboration of secondary vocational schools and teaching staff as well as incentive theory;then the third part is for the status quo analysis, secondary vocational schools in Chongqing S construction of teachers and the reasons for the problems in the analysis;fourth section immediately made corresponding countermeasures and suggestions; finalconclusion. Conclusions of this study for the construction of teachers in secondaryvocational schools in Chongqing S has a very practical reference value for the constructionof teachers related to vocational schools also provide relevant reference.
