The Research Toward The Influence Which Peer Group In College Dormitories Has On The College Students' Interpersonal Concept And The Guidance Related

With the rapid development of higher education in China, college students' dormitories have become the importance filed of the formation of college students' interpersonal concept. The train of the college students'interpersonal concept is an important aspect of the ideological and political education. Peer group in dormitories is the main target of the ideological and political education, so it is good for the deep development of the system of higher education by rational analysis its impact on the formation of college students'interpersonal concept. This paper analyses the situation of the peer group in college dormitories affecting the college students' interpersonal concept through the social research and drawing lessons from research results relating to this study. And then the author analyses the peer group in college dormitories affecting the college students'interpersonal concept combined with the behavior feature of peer group, that is to say, the self-perception of social comparison behavior, the imitation of social learning behavior and the recognition of herd behavior in peer group. In the end, the author puts forward some advice to guide the peer group in college dormitories affecting the college students' interpersonal concept, such as optimize the evaluation mechanisms of dormitories, optimize the staff structure of college students'dormitories, play the effect of model demonstration, enhance the educational function of community etc.This article is divided into four parts.The first part, the introduction mainly introduces the social background and values of this study, surveys the research results at home and abroad, clarifies the relevant concept of peer group, defines the content of peer group of this study and the research content of the college students'interpersonal concept, interprets the theoretical basis of this study.The second part, it takes the Shihezi University as an case to grasp peer group in college dormitories whether making impact on college students'interpersonal concept or not through questionnaire. And then the author conducts a survey on the background of the object of study and the type of peer group in dormitories.The third part, it gives an empirical test on peer group in college dormitories affecting the college students'interpersonal concept from the macro and micro perspective. It is concretely divided into two parts, one part is the overall analysis peer group in college dormitories affecting the college students'interpersonal concept and the other part is the specific analysis peer group in college dormitories affecting the college students'interpersonal concept. The author demonstrates the degree, effectiveness, surfaces of influence and makes a significant analysis the different type of dormitory groups such as different gender, different grades and professions, different association time and different nations affecting the college students'interpersonal concept.The fourth part, the author proposes some advice on the basis of the conclusions in the study. To optimize the evaluation mechanisms of dormitories, improve the interpersonal atmosphere of dormitories; optimize the staff structure of college students'dormitories, strengthen the building of advanced point, play the effect of model demonstration; have an insight into students'behavior, make a ensemble plan on the building of the leader team of college students'dormitories, enhance the educational function of community and lead the building of dormitory culture.
