Research On Safety Management And Its Countermeasures In Campus

Campus safety management is an vital safeguard to ensure that the purpose of higher education can be achieved. And also it’s significant for university to ensure that the basic conditions for all education activities should be carried out. With the development of social transformation, increasing instability factors make more and more campus security incidents happened. Our Government has repeatedly stressed that all colleges and universities must take campus safety as top priority. Combined with my work experience, I make a research on this issue based on public safety theory, public crisis management theory and sociological theory.The article discusses the issue from three parts. The first part, define the content and features of campus security, campus safety management. At the same time, I take analysis of the necessity of campus security management and summarize the common problems faced by the current university security. The second part, I give a describe about present situation and analysis on college campus safety issues take East China university of Political Science And Law as an example. Aiming at the type campus security crisis East China university of Political Science And Law faced, the article introduce from three aspects: platform building, use of platform and prevention. The third part is to improve ability of campus safety management. Considering the main factors for the campus security management, article discuss the issue around the sound system, team building, management mechanism for updating and cultural promotion in four areas proposed to strengthen the campus security management countermeasures in China combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience of success stories.
