In the background of the development of teaching Chinese as foreign language, the Chinese mobile education arises. Based on the support of relevant state policies and regulations, combined with the advantages of a new generation of information technology, we put forward to design and develop the Chinese mobile learning resources which based on the PAD, and to take <The Modern Chinese Vocabulary >project as an example to produce the Chinese mobile resources which based on For Class wisdom classroom interactive support system.Finally, to conduct a preliminary application in order to verify the resources science and rationality of design.First of all,we analyze the demand of Chinese Mobile Learning and the possibility to use PAD as an assistant in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Also,we compare the production of Chinese M-leaning resources to find out their shortcomings. We determine this article of Chinese mobile learning resources design should pay more attention to the personalized design, to complete the goal from the following four aspects: clear the goal of the design; Fine-grained resources information; Deep interaction design; Clear path guidance of learning.Secondly,under the guidance of related theories,we give full consideration to the need of students and teachers.To design the Chinese M-learning resource,we upgrade the current resource:the fine granularity and high reusability of resources should be raised and attention should be paid to the interactive experiences in resources use,the tracking and feedback as well as the path guidance of learning process.With the help of For Class wisdom classroom interactive support system,we finish the sample.Finally, investigates and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the Chinese M-learning resource, verify the scientific and rationality in the design, summarizes the research contents and the next step of the design.
