Nowadays, the current international competition is increasingly highlight, which has been moving towards modern education deeply education enterprise in our country, the structure and function of education from single to diversity. It needs to be built the new paradigm about education management and education leaders. Promoting the principal leadership is an important content,and it promotes the development of community of teachers. The principal’s leadership is the principal through legal or personality charm to influence and guide the followers, to command and to organize the ability to realize the goal of school education or sharing vision. Community is the primary and secondary school principals, based on the university teachers and the education of common goal or vision, from bottom to top of voluntary groups and organizations, on the basis of cooperation. The equal relationship between each other to get knowledge from experience exchange, is to promote teachers’ professional development of teachers’ team. While teachers’ community plays an important role in the principal leadership, the principal leadership is a driving force for the development of the community of teachers, which is the essence of the community development for the teachers’ professional development. Teachers’ professional development is a main position in the principal leadership. This thesis consists of four parts. The first chapter is the principal leadership and teacher Community rational knowledge, mainly focusing on the content and features of the connotation of the principal and teacher leadership community. The purpose is to define the core concepts of leadership and the president of the teachers’ community. The second chapter analyzes the internal mechanism of the principal community leadership to promote teacher development and elaborated in two ways; first, the principal is on the basis for promoting teacher leadership, community development; second, principal leadership is to promote the intrinsic link teacher Community Development. Principals Leadership teacher affects system security level from community development, target level, and the management level. The third chapter analyzes the principal leadership, which is to promote community development reality of the plight of teachers, and discussed from two aspects. The first part discusses the influence of the teachers at the school level community development. The second part describes the impact of teachers’ level to promote the development of teacher community. Principal Community recognizes the need for teachers and builds sharing values and safeguard mechanisms. Teachers’ common level is mainly based on trust between teachers, three-teacher stability and individual teachers are internal factors influence the development of teacher community. The fourth chapter presents the principal policy community leadership to promote teacher development and elaborate from three aspects. First, the concept of principal mechanism is to raise teachers’ community prerequisite; second, it focuses on school-based value orientation; and third, to build a system enhances teacher education insurance system mechanism. This requires changing the principal ideas, and strengthens deeds example to enhance leadership. It learns to reflect, gives peer support, and has professional guide. Institution building should reflect the norms, efficacy and humane care. In short, the development of education in teachers and teacher communities as an effective way is to promote the professional development of teachers, and principals leadership needs to promote its harmonious and sustainable development.
