Educational institutions of higher learning teaching internship program important part is to achieve training objectives,reflecting the theory and practice of teaching the principles of the main link.Through education internship, students can not only test,consolidate and enhance learning in school theoretical knowledge and motor skills,but also help improve students’ innovative ability in practice to check the quality of personnel training schools,feedback process gaps and weaknesses in education and training.Educational Practice in the feedback information to institutions of higher learning to develop a more rational training objectives and determine the orientation of training provides a theoretical basis.This study was based on theory and management spiraling process theory as the theoretical basis for understanding things,and using literature,a variety of research methods questionnaire,expert interviews,mathematical statistics and comparative analysis method,on the southern Guangdong universities University of Technology,South China Normal University,Guangzhou Sports University,Shenzhen University Athletic Training Education professional development Internship investigation.Research mainly divided into five chapter.The first chapter is in accordance with the relevant provisions of the importance of education and the current practice of teaching practice as research background,a brief review of the research and innovation of this status quo of education practice at home and abroad;the second chapter of this paper is to define concepts and explain the theoretical basis;third chapter is the status of professional sports training school in Guangdong Province to investigate and found the problem;The fourth chapter is a summary of a review of the literature of the American experience teaching practice and get inspired to provide feasible countermeasures for development of Guangdong school sports training professional educational practice; fifth chapter is based on the survey found problems,combined with good educational practice abroad experience a reasonable countermeasures.Through research, concluded as follows:Arrange practice time is basically reasonable,individual college internship schedule is too short;mostly centralized and concentrated practice,practice mode dispersed combined mode is single;mainly in primary and secondary education practice base and the number can basically meet the main intern needs,but over a single base of the internship;Internship preparatory work more fully,but ignored the close communication with college internships;the internship process more emphasis instructor intern internship;four universities are based on percentile points in the form of meter performance assessment practice,practice for decentralized the students do not have a standard,objective evaluation system.According to the existing problems and learn from foreign experience in educational practice,made the following recommendations:emphasis on teaching students the culture of sports training capacity;strengthen the comprehensive business level instructor;establish diversified practice base;college instructor,reasonable intern Trinity internships preliminary work;diversifying and multi-level teaching practice content;local educational administrative departments should support education internship;establish a “portfolio assessment”of the evaluation system.
