With the rise of the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” as a national strategy and the official promulgation of the “Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Development Plan”,it has brought many new opportunities for the future development of the Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao urban agglomerations.It has also brought great historical opportunities for the education,talents and cultural development of Greater Bay Area of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao.Since the establishment of the Bay Area,many experts and scholars have actively invested in the development and construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,making suggestions and making efforts.Provide intellectual support for the construction and development of the Bay Area.Through literature research,it is found that there are few studies on sports in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.How can the development of sports in the Bay Area catch up with the development of the times,gradually expand the exchange of sports talents in universities and colleges in Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,and open the discipline of sports The mutual channel between the two has become the focus of current scholars.Based on the related theories of higher education theory,system science theory,scientific comparison method,etc.,this paper uses the literature data method,comparative research method,field investigation method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,etc.to pass the master's degree in sports in different universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The comparison of degree training models points out the differences in the training models of sports master's degree in the universities of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao,in order to provide a theoretical reference for the complementary advantages and better integration of sports talents in the Bay Area.The main findings are as follows:(1)There are 9 universities in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with a master's degree in physical education.The number is generally small and unevenly distributed,especially in Guangdong.The universities with master's degree in sports are all concentrated in Guangzhou,this will be unfavorable for the future training and development of sports master's degree in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao.(2)In terms of training objectives,colleges and universities in Guangdong are basically similar,and they all need to master the basic knowledge of sports majors,the ability to solve practical problems,and the cultivation of students' ideological quality and political accomplishment;the training of three universities in Hong Kong Although the goals are quite different,there are certain commonalities,namely,clear career orientation: to cultivate high-level applied talents for Hong Kong sports industries;universities in Macao emphasize more on improving students' comprehensive quality,adaptability and innovation ability.(3)In the curriculum setting,the curriculum in Guangdong area mainly includes public courses,core courses in specialized fields,elective courses,etc.The courses focus on systemic and comprehensive,but the proportion of elective courses is relatively small;the curriculum in Hong Kong and Macao is more Focusing on the number of elective courses and the proportion of credits,students are required to learn various courses,expand their knowledge and update them in a timely manner,grasp the frontiers of the subject areas,give full play to their innovative ability,and better adapt to social development.(4)In the training process,first of all,the study period in Hong Kong and Macao is more flexible,the learning time is low,and the graduation is fast,but the student tuition is high,the study time is compact,and the pressure is high.Secondly,the number of teachers in the Guangdong area is The titles of titles and academic qualifications far exceed Hong Kong and Macao,but the foreign academics and foreign teachers of Hong Kong and Macao teachers are obviously superior to those of Guangdong.In the end,in the graduation thesis requirements,although Hong Kong graduates are not as necessary as Guangdong and Macao.Write a graduation thesis,but it is very strict in the course assessment.(5)In the enrollment system,the main way to recruit in Guangdong is to apply for the national unified postgraduate examination,and the recruitment process in Hong Kong and Macao is “four-part”: “individual application?screening?interview?acceptance”.It can be seen that the enrollment standards for admissions in Hong Kong and Macao are more relaxed,flexible and open than those in Guangdong.In terms of professional settings,Hong Kong and Macao are relatively simple compared to Guangdong,but the purpose of professional setting is clear,focusing on local socioeconomic development.Give full play to the school's own advantages.(6)In terms of quality evaluation,the colleges and universities in the three regions have adopted summative evaluation and formative evaluation.Among them,the Guangdong region pays more attention to the summative evaluation,and the Hong Kong and Macao regions prefer the formative evaluation.At the same time,Hong Kong and Macao are more perfect in quality evaluation than Guangdong.
