Burnout has become a worldwide outstanding problems in the field of education. As a university teacher of special groups, private and public university teachers college teachers, the need to update their knowledge to keep up with the speed of the face and how to better integrate theory with practice, and other professional development pressure, you also need to face teacher-student relationship, colleagues and other interpersonal relations relationship stress.
