With the reform and development of education,the requirements for the professional development of teachers are getting higher and higher.Therefore,how to promote the professional development of private high school teachers is of great significance to the development of education in China.This study mainly uses questionnaires and interviews.The high school teachers in Longgang District and Baoan District of Shenzhen City are used as research objects.Through questionnaires and interviews,we learned about the professional development status,influencing factors,dilemmas and expectations of private high school teachers,and explored the reasons behind the problems.Therefore,the relevant combination and proposed solutions and suggestions are obtained,hoping to provide reasonable and effective help for the professional development of the private high school teachers.The thesis consists of five parts as follows:The first chapter introduces the reasons for research,the purpose and significance of the research,the application value of the research and the innovation point,the definition of the core concept,the theoretical basis and the research methods and ideas.Firstly,the second chapter of the literature review introduces the concept and components of professional development.Secondly,it summarizes the theoretical research of professional development stage.Thirdly,it analyzes the existing research on the professional development of private high school teachers.Finally,it summarizes the existing research and commentary.The third chapter questionnaire design and process questionnaire content is divided into three parts: First,the professional development status survey,which of the questionnaire is based on the "Teacher Professional Development Scale" written by Tang Shengquan,the "Secondary Teacher Professional Development Questionnaire" which is based on the "Professional Standards for Secondary SchoolTeachers(Trial)" from the three dimensions of professional philosophy and professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional competence.econd,the influencing factors are mainly designed from the individual,the teacher group,the school and the family and society.Third,the professional development dilemma and expectations.The fourth chapter analyzes the result of the status quo,influencing factors,professional development dilemma and expectation of the professional development of private high school teachers,and concludes that the main problems,influencing factors and problems encountered in the professional development of private high school teachers.The fifth chapter is the research conclusions and improvement strategy that draws to the following conclusions: professional development feels good about myself,the educational knowledge and general knowledge are relatively scarce,,and the teaching implementation,the ability of reflection and development needs to be improved,Differences in professional development of private high school teachers such as different genders;the professional development of private high school teachers is greatly affected by society,schools,teachers and individuals.Finally,according to the conclusions of the investigation and research,the following measures and suggestions for promoting the professional development of private high school teachers are proposed from the four levels of society,schools,groups and private high school teachers: the society needs to improve policies and regulations and provide a system for the professional development of private high school teachers;enhancing the identity and social status of private high school teachers;schools need to establish a good professional development environment and improve welfare protection,and develop career planning and school-based training;collectively encourage the construction of teachers' professional development community and cultivate scientific research teachers;private high school teachers Individuals need to improve their self--efficacy and self-reflection,and establish educational beliefs and self-development awareness,and promote professional self-renewal.
