Nowadays with the theory that individual Attributable to the deformity prevailing, people lack a tolerant attitude to the deaf sign language and deaf culture. Frustrated in the communication deaf people always endure the humiliation and helplessness lonely, and they start to close their heart after facing indifference of society. People are social animals, with the accumulation of time, the self-enclosed action of deaf people will lead to interpersonal problems. Interpersonal problems, which determines the healthy development of deaf people and the stability of the society, is the problem of communication. It will become an important research topic in the future, about social worker how to work in and help deaf people solve interpersonal problems, coordinating the interests of all parties to build a harmonious society.In this paper, the use of operational modes casework intervention would help disabled deaf teenagers enhance their interpersonal skills. In this paper, the casework mode will be used to intervene the interpersonal problems and help deaf teenagers in the disabled refuge enhance their interpersonal skills. After several months of observation and investigation, I analyzed the situation of deaf teenagers in the disabled refuge, through interviewing with deaf adolescents, I will be a supporter and a guide to involve in the deaf adolescents interpersonal problems. In the ten times case interviews, I will implement brave training method to solve client uncooperative(the deaf community) crisis, to help him build a sense of identity and the feeling of belonging to some groups, using the perspective of advantage theory with irrigable therapy to help client overcome fear and integrate into hearing people gradually; building Self-evaluation anew to solve love crisis of client, to establish the right perception of love and cultivate the sense of presence; Using rational therapy to exchange cognitive mode, to help client treat the family care correctly; carrying out rational therapy to confirm the goals in life, to help client get through the difficulty of the career, to re-establish self-confidence and work hard to achieve his goals in life. I want to present a new way of thinking, to explore specific service model about casework intervention deaf adolescent interpersonal problems for future learner and provide some reference; at the same time I would like to draw attention to the interpersonal problems of deaf adolescents.
