Researchonthe Intervention Of "3E" Intervention Strategy To Improve Adolescent Interpersonal Ability

The period of adolescence is a significant time of individuals changing and getting mature in life.The interpersonal is of vital importance to the development of adolescence in the future.The “3E” intervention strategy is from a holistic,systematic and developmental view to improve adolescent interpersonal ability.According to the existing research results and through my internship experience in the RAINBOW SOCIAL WORKER,taking “SUPER” popular king in Shenzhen G community—the service project of improving adolescent interpersonal ability as an example,from the adolescent interpersonal situation of G community,the process ofthe intervention of“3E” intervention strategy,service performance evaluation to studied.Based on the intervention of “3E” intervention strategy to improve adolescent interpersonal ability,it is concluded that the “3E” intervention strategy is a social work intervention strategy with strong holistic,systematic and developmental.it has positive significance in discovering the potential of youth,strengthening the self awareness,cultivating youth ability,which can be widely applied to adolescent social work.But,the study found that the “3E” intervention strategy also have many shortcomings,such as the service effectiveness need a long time to implementation,he stability of the social workers require higher.So the proposal“3E”intervention strategy in the process of adolescent interpersonal skills promote stability should pay attention to the service object,motivation,resource using,etc,and further perfect the“3E” intervention strategy,in order to better use in social work practice,promote the development of social work practice.
