Study On The Modernization Of The Development Of Uygur Women

Since the founding of new China, the party and the government has been more emphasis on the development of women, for women to participate in the work of creating the conditions and to receive a good education, enhance the status of women is the sign of weighing a national progress, which is the symbol of a nation’s civilization. Xinjiang is a multi-ethnic region, special situation and social environment, the development of Uygur women in relation to the ethnic work in Xinjiang, Xinjiang women’s work on social development. Are also intertwined, influence factors of Uygur female modernization development of interaction, with the rapid development of Chinese economy, Xinjiang across the development background of the various regions of Xinjiang women’s work, combined with local actual condition, women’s work has been implemented. Women are born is a beautiful scenery, the harmonious and healthy development of women, is a perfect state, the development process of modern Uyghur women of Xinjiang Uygur women, but also an important contribution to the harmonious Xinjiang.This paper from the perspective of female modernization development, the main research methods of questionnaire survey and interview, analysis combined with the literature method, on the basis of this article is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly to write academic circles about the women’s education, employment, marriage and family, religious development research of Xinjiang Uygur women in modern development of purpose and meaning. The second part, discusses the status quo and analysis of Urumqi Uygur women in modern development case, respectively from the education, employment, marriage and family ideological and cultural level, family and religion to discuss their development process of modernization. The third part, mainly to the modernization of Xinjiang as the background, taking the city of Urumqi Uygur women and extended to the whole Xinjiang Uygur women face, objectively discusses the restricting factors and the influence of Xinjiang Uygur women in education, employment, marriage and family status and religion etc. The fourth part of the thesis is the author of Xinjiang Uygur women become further improve the Countermeasures of modern women. Finally as a modern development period of the Uyghur women should cherish the image of women, the Uighur minority Uyghur women love reputation to maintain Xinjiang stabilize and harmonious development, shackles firmly against religious extremist ideas that for the construction of a harmonious and orderly beautiful peace efforts in Xinjiang.
