| Since the economic system reform in our country, our country sports industry hasbeen into a stage of rapid development, however, compared to the developed countriesin abroad, there is a large gap in the sports industry of our country. On the basis of thestatistics, today, the output value of the global sports industry has reached$800billion,among them, the annual output value more than$2200in the United States, theEuropean Union was about402.5billion Euros, accounting for2.34%of GDP and3~4%, while China will be expected to add national sports industry value over400billionYuan by the end of the12th five-year, which accounts for more than0.7%of grossdomestic product, differing from foreign minimum value which was1.64%, and themaximum value was3.3%. Although there is a large gap, it also shows that the sportsindustry of our country has a huge development potential. It can become a neweconomic growth point, and it also can active investment in social infrastructure, socialservices, and some related to sports industry development, to bring huge social benefitand economic benefit. Therefore, the sports industry of our country is a rising sunindustry, which has long development prospects.Xinjiang Uyghur autonomous region (hereinafter referred to as "the Xinjiang) islocated in the middle of Eurasia, located in the northwest of China, with a total area of166.49square kilometers, accounting for one6of the total land area, which is thelargest province in China, and the total population is21.813334million. With more than60years developing, the economic construction in Xinjiang has made brilliantachievements, increasing the reasonable economic structure, increasing the value of thethird industry. It is an important part of the third industry, and sports industry is a newgrowth point of economic society. With the value of sports industry increasing in China,Xinjiang has also increased the total economy year by year. Relatively backward ineconomy of Xinjiang, how to promote the development of sports industry, and thesports industries play a role in the development of national economy in Xinjiang. Itbecomes a problem which needs to solve timely. For an in-depth understanding ofXinjiang sports industry development present situation, it needs to promote the sportsindustry development of the same kind of economic backward area, to formulate thecorresponding development countermeasures and to provide theoretical basis for sportsindustry. Through literature, data statistics and logical analysis, expert interviews and other study methods, this paper analyzes the present situation and countermeasures ofthe current sports market in Xinjiang which have sports fitness entertainment market, allkinds of sports leisure, sports venue construction, sporting goods market, sports lotteryindustry, sports performance, sports training and so on.The sports industry in Xinjiang presents the following problems.(1) The wholesports industry is small, and the level of market is low;(2) The support of governmentpolicy to the sports industry should be developed, and the structure of sports industry isunreasonable;(3) The management talents of sports industry are lack;(4) The sportsinfrastructure construction lags behind;(5) The demand of sports consumption is notstrong.The development of sports industry of current situation in Xinjiang mainly includessports fitness entertainment industry, sports lottery industry, competition performanceindustry, sports industry and sports tourism industry, national traditional sports industryetc. which are the key points. Xinjiang was divided into southern and northern Xinjiangby Tangshan Mountains as the dividing line. South of Tangshan Mountain is oftencalled the southern Xinjiang, while the north of Tangshan Mountains is known to thenorthern Xinjiang. The sports industry of northern Xinjiang relies mainly on Urumqicircle which mainly includes Urumqi, Changji, Shihezi, Wujiaqu, Miquan, Fukang,Altai, Bole, Yining, Tacheng, KuiTun; however, the sports industry circle of SouthernXinjiang is mainly centered on Aksu and Korla, including Hetian, Kasha, the Aral,Tumushuke and Atush etc. So, it forms two sports industry development of core circlein the northern Xinjiang and in southern Xinjiang. The economic development ofnorthern Xinjiang is relatively developed, while the economic development of SouthernXinjiang is a bit less. The sports industry development of northern and southernpresents the same situation.The development of sports industry in Xinjiang should take mainly over fromseveral aspects.(1) To cultivate sports market, policy support and the overall layout andplanning;(2) To attract capital and technology and construction of sports infrastructure;(3) To train the professional management talents of sports industry;(4) To attract capitaland technology and build sports brand;(5) To develop the traditional minority nationalsports, do big traditional sports industry, and promote the great unity of all ethnicgroups.The paper summarizes the concept of the sports industry, the development andcharacteristics of sports industry at home and abroad. The sports industry development and countermeasures in Xinjiang has its own views, and bases on the sports industrydevelopment present situation and characteristics in the developed areas at home andabroad, combining with the history and of the development of sports industry inXinjiang, using the industry data contrast, related data analysis and other empiricalresearch methods, the paper studies the development of sports industry, industrysituation and development countermeasure and so on in Xinjiang from2007to2011which includes the comparative study. The results show that, in recent years, the sportsindustry develops rapidly in Xinjiang, but compared with the sports industry indeveloped areas in our country, there is still a large gap. Aiming at many problems inthe process of development, it puts forward countermeasures for conform to the actualdevelopment of sports industry in Xinjiang, perfects the mechanism of regional sportsindustry development in the future, and provides data support and practical guidance tothe rapid development of sports industry in Xinjiang. |
