Since promoting the new curriculum reform,it has been implemented in Xinjiang more than 6 years and Has become the main theme of education. This subject has been based on the existing theory, combined with the content of the new curriculum standards, to consult the current textbooks and teaching methods,to survey the implement of national high school mathematical modeling in the new school curriculum background.Also,discover the implementary effectiveness and existing problems of ethnic minority new mathematics curriculum reform.Conduct a study by questionnaire survey on issues of mathematical modeling application situation in the classroom,the status of modeling capabilities of high school students, whether the teachers using subject of mathematical modeling of materials provided by teaching materials during teaching,how to use, after use effect, if not used, what are the reasons? Etc. Meanwhile,to understand the Minority students’ understanding and opinions of mathematical modeling, to understand the problem of teachers encountered in the mathematical modeling implementation process.By integrating theory with practice,present some reasonable suggestions for the implementation of the national school high school math modeling and improvement measures. Having a preliminary understanding For minority students’ mathematical modeling capabilities,by which modeling can better guide the teaching basis.The first chapter introduces the research bachground and research metods of mathematical modeling, Current research and define the concept of mathematical modeling,differences and relations between mathematical word problems and mathematical modeling,significance of promoting mathematical modeling in high school.The second chapter analyses the new curriculum standards for high school math, analyses the mathematical modeling instructions and recommendations of new high school curriculum standards.In addition,making statistical analysis for the requirements proposed by high school,mathematical modeling,and the distribution of application of mathematics and mathematical models in A version new math textbooks apply to teach minority students.The third chapter is through questionnaires and interviews with teachers and students in the form of research, and ethnic minority students and teachers’ understanding of mathematical modeling in high school, after the new curriculum to increase mathematical modeling of ethnic minority students and teachers with what kind of impact, minority students’ perceptions and attitudes towards new materials in the application of mathematics and modeling how?
