| Information Technology has deeply impacted the structure of human society, but it has not been reflected in the IT course objectives in basic education. By analyzing the IT course objectives in different perspectives and the existing concept of course objectives, this paper proposes the new positioning of IT course objectives from virtual survival vision, and further analyzes the relationship between virtual and reality, then constructs a four-dimensional framework of the IT course objectives on the basic of the three levels of technical culture.Under this framework, to further illustrate the content selection and organization principles, we selected the third subject “Network and Information Communication†from the base modules in junior IT curriculum as an example. With SNS as an example of teaching design, we selected thirty frontline IT teachers in different parts of Hebei as the subjects of our evaluation, and evaluated the content selection and organization principles under the four-dimensional framework of the IT course objectives. The evaluations and feedbacks from those teachers are obtained through questionnaires and interviews. |
