Since the information age, the society needs more and more person with high qualityinformation ability. Give information technology education to the positive change also inevitablecaused some problems. By the investigation of the information literacy of middle and primaryschool, now in the course of the information pay more attention to the standard of informationliteracy skills and knowledge, but neglecting the cultivation of students’ moral emotions.Investigate its reason form three sides, from the cultural, the teaching, knowledge skill thesethree aspects to explain. Cultural level: information technology speed up the social politics,economy and other various aspects of the development, however with the development oftechnology and humanity of the contradiction this kind of problem between the eternal isinevitable; Teaching level: information literacy theory excessive emphasis on application ofinformation technology to the actual problem solving skills, and cannot quantify themeasurement of information moral accomplishment is its embarrassing situation, can only fadedout of the teachers platform; Knowledge skill level: form the survey of the current informationtechnology of the course content, the course of computer knowledge and computer skills can beeffectively combined in a piece, but information moral accomplishment of isolation separate toone or two courses. This paper takes a kind of spirit of the criticism, the use of virtue, andeducation to Rousseau, human nature, and look at the view information technology teachingproblems, the teaching goal and content of guiding the design.This paper mainly through the research of the whole education thought of Rousseau putsforward education should pay attention to several problems: A, education should respect thenatural development; B, how to deal with the technology development of moral dilemma; C,natural education, the education and education of the things and their relationship; D, in thedevelopment process of how the development ability, as well as to the information literacycompetency of reviewing. Through these questions to the education goal deep understanding,and the moral education, education of key elements and information literacy competency theseconcepts. Then through the questionnaire to the current information technology in the teaching ofmiddle and primary school curriculum information ethics in literacy survey shows that thecurrent information technology in the teaching of knowledge skills light moral accomplishmentis serious, facing more and more complicated network environment and information environment to the information technology teaching goal and the content of the new reading andunderstanding.This paper studies the purpose and significance is mainly through the Rousseau “Discourseon the Sciences and Arts “of the virtues study found that its natural education thought and in thecurrent information technology based on existing in the course of information literacy of moralaccomplishment in part of the unbalance of teaching analysis and put forward countermeasures.Let the teacher and the students really consciousness to improve the overall quality of students isthe main purpose of writing this paper and meaning.This article from the information technology curriculum concept and the development oftechnology and technical development discussed the impact of information technology anddevelopment status and social source, then the questionnaire analysis concluded that informationtechnology in the course of the lack of moral accomplishment. And through the introduction ofthe education of ideological Rousseau aspects of the information culture, the information courses,the understanding of information literacy, and further to the teaching goal content read tounderstand.
