Study On Evaluation Index System Of Level For Folk Social Work Organization In Our Country

Social work organization is the carrier of social work function by providing service,the professionalism of social work has always been an important issue in the field of social work, The professionalism of social work embodied in the social work organizations’ operation and service, and many other aspects, to evaluate the organization’s own professionalism is to help organizations find their own development problems that exist in the process, to ensure longtime development of organization.Evaluation is the foundation of social work organization in a steady development, in overseas, where the development of social work is mature, social work evaluation has been widely applied in social work service and in the process of organization development, and has yielded remarkable achievements. However, in terms of local social work in China, the development of social work organization is at a high speed,while it is still faced with many difficulties on the scale expanding, the public cognition level, resource acquisition. At the same time, the assessment has not been used to improve the unfavorable development situation of social work organization, there are few research on social work organization grade evaluation in the current limited study about social work in our country. In this paper, we analyze the current status of the evaluation of social work organization in our country, on the basis of the existing theoretical research, draw lessons from foreign evaluation model and method, and combine the existing practice of social work in our country, then we carry out the evaluation index, which is adapt to the development of the local social work organization, to provide a guarantee for the long-term development of social work organization and even social work in our country.In this paper, based on the research of the related literature analysis, we introduce the methods of the balanced scorecard, which is the commonly used method of organization grade assessment, into social work organization level assessment, and draw lessons from the evaluation methods of nonprofit organization to determine assessment dimensions, on this basis, we use the system integration theory, select relevant social work theory, at the same time, we consider the non-profit, current development situation,as well as the cognitive level of the public current of social work organizations, and we take the social work service object demand diversity, complexity, and how to sustain a continuous and stable development of the social work organization into account, thenwe construct basic level evaluation. In addition, to confirm that level evaluation index system is scientific, we use the entropy weight method in this paper, to determine the proportion dimension layer index in evaluating the of the overall results, as well as the proportion basic index in dimension indicators.Then we use the existing assessment data for empirical testing after building level assessment indicators and multiple regression equation of assessment.
