Research On The Evaluation Index System Of Public Trust Of Social Work Organization

The ability of social work organizations to be believed and recognized by the public is called the credibility of social work organizations,which reflects not only the influence,attractiveness and appeal of social work organizations,but also the satisfaction and trust of the public in the services provided by social work organizations.Building a set of effective credibility assessment system for social work organizations plays an important role in improving the service capacity of organizations and enhancing the social status of social workers.However,at present,the assessment work of social work organizations in China is not mature,and there is not even a standard system for reference,and there are many problems such as single assessment index,backward assessment method and irregular assessment process.Therefore,this paper tries to construct a set of scientific and feasible evaluation index system for the credibility of social work organizations,and provide an effective assessment tool for a comprehensive,scientific and systematic evaluation of the credibility of social work organizations.This paper first clarifies the connotation of credibility of social work organizations,determines the method of constructing the index system,and explains the basic theory of the assessment index system of social work organizations.Then it analyzes the constitutive factors of social work organizations' credibility by using literature analysis method and semi-structured interview method.On this basis,the initial structure of the index system was constructed according to the five principles of comprehensiveness,objectivity,systematization,operability,and dynamic combination of assessment indexes,and the indexes were screened and selected according to experts' opinions,and four primary indexes of integrity,service capability,internal governance mechanism,and external performance and 20 specific secondary indexes were finally determined.Integrity is the integrity of social work organizations in providing services and daily operation;service capability is the quality and level of activities provided by social work organizations;internal governance mechanism is the internal system of social work organizations to control the behavior of staff to achieve the goals of the organization;external performance is the degree of close connection between social work organizations and the outside world.Finally,the specific weights of the social work organization's credibility indicators at all levels are calculated using hierarchical analysis and normalized to form a quantitative social work organization credibility assessment index system.Through the analysis of the constructed index system,it is found that the weight coefficients of institutional integrity construction,institutional service capability,internal construction and external performance of the institution are larger and have a more significant impact on the credibility of social work institutions.Based on this,this paper correspondingly puts forward countermeasure suggestions such as establishing an honest agency,establishing a good image,improving agency service quality,improving agency internal operation mechanism,and optimizing external performance.The innovations of this study are: firstly,it breaks through the limitation of only taking social work organizations as the research object in the previous social work research field and further takes the assessment system of social work organizations' credibility as the research object;secondly,it combines the hierarchical analysis of operations research(AHP)with the index research of social work organizations' credibility for the first time and adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods to establish comprehensive assessment indexes,which makes the research results Third,this paper explores the evaluation indexes of social work institutions' credibility and constructs a set of multi-level and universal comprehensive social work institutions' credibility evaluation indexes from various factors.At present,this paper is only a basic research on the credibility assessment index system of social work organizations,and we can expand the relevant topics based on this research in the future,such as: first,putting the assessment indexes constructed in this paper into practical application,and further improving and optimizing them according to the actual usage of the organizations;second,expanding and refining the index elements of this index assessment system,because the factors affecting the credibility of social work organizations are diverse and varied.The factors affecting the credibility of social work organizations are diverse and numerous,and this study only selects the relatively important ones to write about.
