Research On Training Process Of Master Of Arts Students In The University Of Sciences And Technology

As specific implementation of training graduate students, the training process is a dynamic process of training objectives and related measures, including all the links of training student from "input" to "output", and subject to various factors from internal and external constraints, such as disciplinary status, teaching resources, the training environment and so on. The perfection and implementation of training process have directly related to the quality of training students. The MA students training not only by the culture of subjective discipline characteristic, also affected universities of concrete school conditions, school environment and school of historical continuity. The characteristics of training of MA students in University of Science and Technology are obvious interdisciplinary, strong practical and speed development.On the basis of literature analysis and induction, using questionnaire survey, had found that there are questions in the training process in University of Science and Technology, such as the level of students is not high, academic atmosphere weak, loose relationship between teachers and students, and specific issues of each link in training process. And found the reasons from three levels of community, schools and students.In order to construct the ideal trainging process requires school, faculty, teachers and students to work together. Schools should be based on their own characteristics, strength superiority and avoid weaknesses, further development of cross-disciplinary and new major, control the scale and speed of MA students, realize synchronous development of quality and quantity; faculty need to establish and improve training mechanism, increase investment, take measures to create a positive academic atmosphere; both teachers and students to strengthen their self-cultivation, build a harmonious relationship between them, to ensure training quality of MA students.
