Study On The Construction Of Pharmaceutical Training Places In Secondary Vocational School

Secondary Vocational Education, is a part of vocational education. Secondary Vocational Education, recruiting students in high school and devoting to cultivate junior technician and middle technician for our nation, is very important in the whole education system because of its connection to the economic and social development. To consolidate the position of vocational education in the strategies of talent training,Guangzhou municipal government in 2012 proceeds to research and then to create “Guangzhou Education City”, which will cover all the aspects of vocational education, training, practical training, research and development, employment,entrepreneurship. Guangzhou Pharmaceutical School(abbreviated as “GP School” below)will establish national practical training bases in “Guangzhou Education City”. The project focused on the construction of a new productized, streamlined, low carbonated and intelligent pharmaceutical training place. The role of the training place is to cultivate and improve the professional skills of students and to collaborate with related industries closely, which may open up a new development stage in prosperous development and technology innovation of vocational education.By choosing the pharmaceutical training place of the GP school’s medical training base as subject, this work mainly researched on the design procedure of the pharmaceutical training place on a whole from the project planning to the construction,use and management. Firstly, by summing up the basic situations of the vocational education at home and abroad, the great significance of training place construction to vocational education was cleared. With respect to present pharmaceutical training place,educational scale and development direction of the pharmaceutical schools, a comprehensive scheme was outlined through scientific research and function orientation.The technological innovation and functional remodification of new pharmaceutical training place was expected to be achieved. In order to build a low carbonated and intelligent training place, the project was established according to the demand of practicing teaching, practice of pharmaceutical place and the comments of professional experts. The effective supervision in building procedure, testing and commissionacceptance, and standardized system for usage evaluation was introduced and designed.Meanwhile, the practicing situation of the present pharmaceutical training place was investigated by questionnaire survey statistics, carbon footprint calculation and evaluation and summarization of practical training examples. The results provided valuable evidence for the design of new pharmaceutical training place and constructive advice for running process and management strategy. Finally, the research on project design was concluded for practicing experience and innovation point, thus to elucidate the reformation and development direction of vocational education.
