Research On Undergraduate Program For Accounting Under The Background Of Information

The innovation and rapid development of information technology makes great changes have taken place in accounting theory and practice, the financial and accounting personnel focus from accounting to internal control, financial analysis and risk management, and other management field. Accounting personnel besides must have knowledge of accounting, also must have computer skills and the ability of the management information system design and maintenance, as well as the application of computer accounting analysis, forecasting, decision-making ability. The change of external environment put forward higher requirements with accounting personnel’s knowledge and ability quality. Undergraduate accounting education in colleges and universities as the mainstay of cultivating accounting talent, should be based on the professional requirements of talent training mode reform.This paper as undergraduate training mode for accounting in colleges and universities under the environment of information as the research object, combining normative research and empirical research, in order to find out the differences between accounting profession capacity requirements and undergraduate training mode for accounting in China colleges and universities, then put forward reform proposals and measures for accounting education in colleges and universities under information-based environment.This paper first presents the research status of the influence of information on the accounting profession ability and accounting education reform, which leads to the thesis writing purpose and significance of the thesis, research contents, research methods, as well as defined the concept of information, teaching mode and embedded teaching mode.Secondly by accounting practitioners, teachers, accounting professional students as the object of the questionnaire survey, to find their expectations of accounting profession’s knowledge and ability and undergraduate training mode for accounting, research the status quo of accounting education in colleges and universities under information-based environment. Then using information technology to embed the theory and practice of accounting undergraduate training mode, to achieve knowledge and skills in good interaction and complementary condition, adjust the teaching goal, restructuring curriculum system, use information technology to carry out the heuristic, exploratory,discussion-based, participatory teaching, assessment of innovation way, overall quality of accounting profession will be effectively integrated into among the teaching mode.Finally as Inner Mongolia University of Technology as example, to analyzes undergraduate training mode for accounting and propose improvement strategy.
