S Private Higher Career Academy Accounting Professional Personnel Training Mode Research

This article applies the labor demand theory,the human capital theory as well as the talent training pattern theory,carries on the research to the S Institute accountant specialized personnel raise pattern.Firstly,analyzed the domestic and foreign talent cultivation status of research;second is to explain the related theory of talent cultivation;again is in the form of a questionnaire survey,from the training objectives,teaching methods,curriculum,student training,teachers' quality so as to understand the S School of accounting professional personnel training status;fourth is the analysis of the problems training of accounting professionals in S College;fifth is the application of AHP to construct the evaluation model and the corresponding measures to improve the training of accounting professionals in S college.The conclusions of this study are as follows:1.Through the investigation found the professional accounting personnel training S college personnel training objective orientation teaching method is not scientific,is still the old rigid curriculum system,it is difficult to adapt to the changing market demand,accounting professional training,teachers' quality should be improved and other aspects of the problem.2.According to the training status,the evaluation model of S college accounting talents training was constructed,and the AHP model was established and analyzed.Established four indexes of talent training: talent training direction,specialized curriculum setting,talent training ability and teaching condition construction,and calculated the weight of four indexes.The result shows that the top three training indicators of S college students are students' practical skills,teachers' ranks and ideological and moral qualities.And through the case to verify,S Institute of accounting professionals training mode is in the medium and low level.It also explains that there are some deficiencies in the training mode of accounting professionals in S college,and it needs further improvement.3.According to the professional accounting personnel training mode of College S problems,put forward the need to cultivate the scientific aim of accounting personnel,accounting professional teaching methods innovation,giving prominence to the occupation ability training set based curriculum system,and constantly improve the teaching equipment and training base construction,also need to strengthen the "double" teachers.In order to improve the existing shortage of training mode,improve the quality of talent training.
