To meet the requirements of the reform and development of Quality-oriented Education in our country, and meet the needs of the scientific class management work, the role of students in the class management is becoming more and more important. It has very important practical significance for the development of the students’ own quality, class management practice and alleviating the pressure of the teacher in charge work to participate in the activities of class management practice.Judging from the current situation, Students’ participation in class management positions in China is uneven, and the gap between the quality of participation is wide, the effect also is quite different. At present the tendency of exam-oriented education still remains in our country, especially, the burden of the university entrance exam "responsibility" on the high school students’ shoulders has not fully discharged. As the group of high school students, what is the specific circumstances of their participation in the class management like?The author took this question into the H school school, in korla Xinjiang, Using the method of combination of questionnaire and interview from four dimensions-----participation, involvement, class management, satisfaction and the influencing factors of student participation in class management to research how H school students to participate in classroom management problems. Then the author arranged the collected data, mainly including more than 500 students’ questionnaire, the depth interview from 60 students and teacher. Through carding H school high school students to participate in class management status, the author found that there are students who lack of confidence when participating in classroom management, Class rules and regulations lack of student participation, deep formalized tendency is obviously and the problem of responsibility is not clear division of labor is unknown,and then he reasons were respectively analyzed. Later, the author put forward the three principles on how to improve H school students to participate in class management. First, the principle of comprehensive participation. Second, the principle of being deeply involved. Third, the principle of different levels of participation. Seven specific countermeasures. First, strengthen students’ self-confidence and create conditions for the realization of the students participate in class management. Second, to cultivate students to set up correct concept of participation in class management. Third, to strengthen the construction of class system, the implementation of everyone involved. Fourth, to cultivate students’ management quality, increase the efficiency of the class management. Fifth, quantitative job duty, regulate the behavior of participation. Sixth, improve the level of participation, and ensure to participate in the quality. Seventh, establish and perfect the mechanism of students to participate in the management.
