In China,class management has long been a teacher-centered class cadre management mode,which seriously reduces the opportunity for all students to take the initiative to participate in class management and cultivates a large number of successors of bureaucracy.Through literature review,observation,experience summary and case study,this paper has learned about the status quo of elementary school students' participation in class management in China and the obstacles affecting their participation in class management.Based on the theory of subjectivity education and the theory of humanistic management,this paper puts forward the concept of full participation in class management in the lower grades of primary school,and discusses the existence value and implementation measures of this management mode.In accordance with the law of education,full participation in class management in the lower grades of primary school is based on the actual psychological needs of young students and social development,in the daily management of class to cultivate the management ability and innovation ability of young students.Its value lies in enhancing students' self-management ability,such as self-cultivation,self-study and self-fitness,enhancing class cohesion and meeting the needs of students'self-development.This paper tries to put forward the following measures while analyzing the problems.1.Changing the role of head teacher.The head teacher plays the role of class organizer,trainer and psychologist.2.Clear division of labor,layers of implementation,everyone participation.Students potion the post,on time rotation,full participation,value of the week monitor and mobile class cadres as a supplement 3.Establishing wholesome class management system and operating mechanism:responsible person and division of labor,responsibility system and self-management,competition mechanism and the improvement of self-management ability,and operational mechanism.4.Construction the evaluation reward mechanism and enhancement the drive of class management:encouraging comments evaluate the incentive mechanism,dynamic quantitative assessment and evaluation mechanism,and every week summary,a monthly review,each semester a general review of the evaluation of the incentive mechanism.The implementation of full participation in class management in the lower years of primary school is conducive to the realization of the requirements of China's educational reform and development,the better realization of the educational philosophy of my school,and the better promotion of student management in my school.
