Teaching idea is for the benefit of a certain teaching, on the basis of understanding the teaching theory of formation of the basic ideas about ideal teaching. Because of social and educational value on the basis of the highly praised about "person", so its basic on the "person", in order to cultivate the students’ subjectivity, promote the development of students. The subjectivity teaching idea only can realize its value by teaching practice, teaching idea go to practice need through certain channels, namely the operation of the teaching transformation.This paper is a transformation from concept to practice research, including three levels:concept to convert the object of study, subjectivity teaching ideas; Subjectivity teaching idea transformation methodology illustrates operation, namely the teaching operation transformation theory instruction; the process of subjectivity teaching concept of operation.This paper mainly includes four parts:firstly, the subjectivity teaching idea and its operation methodology’s analysis and description, one hand is use the literature method to collect data, then overview of the subject teaching idea, including definition of teaching idea, the background and reason of the puts forward of subjectivity teaching idea. On the other hand, is the methodology of the subject teaching operation transformation, that is, the principle of teaching idea transformation operation, the operation of the teaching concept transformation roughly divided into three steps: extracting the core of thinking of teaching idea; Analysis teachers’ teaching behavior according to the teaching idea; Analysis the ask for teachers’ professional quality and ability according to the teaching idea operation transformation. Secondly, analyze the teaching think of the subjectivity teaching idea.
