| In this thesis, the research object is to study the regional activities of the kindergarten in Laishan District of Yantai, and to clarify the historical evolution of the development of the regional activities, and to clarify the positive significance of regional activities in kindergartens. The main contents of this study include the following aspects:(1) the background and significance of the research;(2) to carry out the investigation and analysis of the status quo of the kindergarten regional activities in Laishan district;(3) to propose some countermeasures and suggestions on how to guide the regional activities of the kindergarten in Laishan district.Through the study found,through the author’s interviews, case analysis and questionnaire survey, the following three factors affect the kindergarten regional activity:(1) the impact of teacher factors. The most important factor that influences the development of the kindergarten regional activity is the teacher factor. Teacher’s age,business ability, intimate cooperation degree directly affect the kindergarten regional activities carried out by the good or bad.(2) the impact of parental factors. The parents have an indirect effect on the regional activities of the kindergarten. Parents attach great importance to the activities of the heart, actively cooperate with the kindergarten teachers to the task, with the children to collect materials, provide technical support, etc..(3) the impact of the factors of the garden party. In the area of regional activities to pay attention to the nursery garden party will increase the investment and material investment, and carefully grasp the future direction of the development of regional activities in kindergarten.According to the investigation results of the kindergarten regional activities, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, mainly including the following three aspects: give the teacher’s advice, give parents advice and advice to the kindergarten. |
