In junior high school,class interpersonal relationship is the most important interpersonal relationship,which has a profound impact on students’ learning and development.Academic achievement is an important indicator of measuring the effectiveness of students’ studying and education.In view of this,it is necessary to explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship in class and students’ academic performance.Previous studies were mostly carried out in the confirmation aspect,and the research on its specific mechanism mainly was focused on the students’ own factors,while the research on the influence of interaction environment on academic performance in junior high school is less than expected.Therefore,this paper will study on the influencing factors of academic performance,focusing on the relationship between interpersonal relationship in class and academic performance,mainly discussing how teacher-student relationship and how peer relationship affect junior high school students’ academic performance,revealing the problems of class interpersonal relationship and exploring the causes of the problems through empirical research,putting forward the class management strategy based on the management strategy of junior school student on their academic performance.
