At present,China’s economy is facing a period of rapid structural transformation.Compound high-quality skilled personnel have become a key factor in advancing society,and secondary vocational education has been valued by the government.Classes are the basic unit of school education and teaching,and they are the life of students in school Important organization,the level of class management directly affects the development and growth of students.At present,based on the differences in talent training goals and student development positioning,secondary vocational schools in China have two different class types:employment classes and advanced classes.A comparative study of class management of class students is beneficial to presenting the diversity and complexity of student development in secondary vocational schools,and to provide analytical ideas for education and teaching management in secondary vocational schools.This article selects 465 secondary vocational students from Changsha University of Finance and Economics,and uses the self-made questionnaire "Secondary Class Atmosphere Questionnaire " to test,to explore the objective psychological and behavioral performance of middle school students in the class environment atmosphere.Of students carry out analysis of differences in various dimensions,analyze the reasons for the differences,and provide multi-angle management suggestions for secondary vocational schools and front-line managers.The study found that:First,the class environment of secondary vocational students includes seven aspects,namely "teachers" Student Relationship","Student Relationship","Order and Discipline","Competitiveness","Personal Development","Class Goals "and" Class Structure".Second,(1)from the perspective of teacher-student relationship,go to class The teacher-student relationship is better than that in the employment class;(2)In terms of classmate relations,the average urban hukou value of the advanced class is higher than that of the urban hukou student in the employment class,while the rural class hukou class relationship between the two classes is not significantly different;)In the order and discipline dimension,the order and discipline of the employment class is better than the order and discipline of the advanced class.(4)In the competitive dimension,the competition in the advanced class is more intense than in the employment class;(5)in the personal development dimension,employment The personal development of the class is better than that of the advanced class;(6)There is no significant difference between the class goal dimension and the advanced class and the employment class;(7)There is also no significant difference between the two classes in the class structure dimension;this article explains the results of these studies with interview data.This study analyzes the main problems of class management in secondary vocational schools from the two levels of school and class teacher,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.On the school side,it should implement the coordinated management of pre-job training for class teachers and counselors,and improve the teaching management of class teachers.Evaluation and incentive system.On the part of the head teacher,it is possible to set up a learning and supportive class ecological environment,to accumulate students’growth and development,to ensure a support system for secondary vocational students’"learning motivation",to improve their humanistic professional quality,and to improve class management.
