Classroom teaching mode reform is an important content of teaching reform.The acquisition of classroom teaching effect and the improvement of teaching quality are inseparable from effective teaching methods and models.The analysis of the basic elements of classroom teaching mode and the advantages and disadvantages of traditional classroom teaching mode is the basis for the reform of classroom teaching mode.The reform of classroom teaching mode should reflect the concept of modern education.It should highlight the subject status of learning,so as to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and the quality of classroom teaching,and comprehensively develop the quality of students.The new curriculum reform takes "all for the development of students" as the core concept,under which the teaching strategies and activities designed by the school should adhere to the principle of "people-oriented".The purpose of the establishment of"student-oriented,self-directed " efficient teaching mode is to let teachers guide students to actively participate in the learning process,be willing to explore,cooperate and communicate with others,and finally deal with problems independently.So that students can actively and personally learn in the process of practice.This paper is divided into five parts:Part i:Traditional teaching mode is mostly teacher-centered.It simply focus on imparting knowledge,ignoring the cultivation of students’ ability and the development of students’ personality.Through the analysis of the current situation of teaching mode research at home and abroad,this paper discusses the necessity of the "student-oriented,self-directed " efficient classroom mode and the significance of constructing the teaching mode.Part ii:This paper expounds the theoretical basis of the "student-oriented,self-directed " efficient classroom teaching mode.They are cognitive learning theory,constructivism learning theory,humanism learning theory,the theory of the zone of proximal development.In addition,the basic framework,basic process and promotion strategy of "student-oriented and self-directed" efficient classroom teaching mode are expounded.Part iii:This paper expounds the object,method and evaluation tool of the application of "student-oriented,self-directed" efficient classroom teaching mode in high school teaching.By comparing the results of experimental class and control class and the changes of core quality,this paper illustrates the superiority of "students-oriented,self-directed " efficient classroom teaching mode.Part iv:Through the methods of questionnaire and interview,we can know the adaptation of students and teachers to the teaching reform,the change of teaching mode and learning mode.According to the analysis of survey data,the feasibility of"student-oriented,self-directed " efficient classroom teaching mode is illustrated.Part v:Through the summary of the application of" student-oriented,self-directed"efficient classroom teaching mode in high school teaching,I reflected on the limitations of the research and looked forward to the future classroom teaching.The " student-oriented,self-directed" efficient classroom teaching mode can stimulate students’ interest in learning and cultivate their ability of communication and expression.It can enable students to study in a pleasant atmosphere and improve students’ learning ability.It can enable students to learn actively and personally in the process of practice.It works.
