In addition, with the combination of universities and colleges, multi- campus universities have become a typical feature of our high education. How to achieve effective management of several campuses through coordinated management, effective deposition of resources and building of campus culture is the research task we confronts today. This paper takes Wuxi Commercial Institute of technology as the object of study and tries to find out the problems existing in the management through the analysis of the inside and outside environment of multi-campus management. This paper also puts forward some solutions to the problems: disposing education resources reasonably by recruiting and training more teachers, expanding the channels of circulating funds and building digital campus; building healthy campus culture by strengthening the cooperation between the old and new campuses and combining creative and traditional spirits; found reasonable position for the three new campuses and mark out their functions; with a view to improve the managerial efficiency, we localize the functions of the new campuses overall, encourage our teachers settle down near the campus and encourage our teachers stay with students to the best of their abilities.
