Children with Chinese Dyslexia refers to those with normal intelligence and without sensory abnormalities. They have obvious reading and writing difficulties in the process of learning language and related knowledge. Those difficulties have significant impact on academic and daily performances.This study is going to implement individualized education by literature review and action research. The study has recruited three eight years old children with dyslexia under system assessments and observation. The research team has collected information of the children on motivation to learn, learning performance in class, assignment performance and parent’s attitude on parenting. The team has analysed the information so as to set up corresponding individualized education programs(IEPs) for the children. The programs have been adopted through a co-operate model with special education teachers of Resource Centre, parents and students. And the teaching strategies of the program have been adjusted through the times. In all, the program is to put theories from literature review into practice. Those children with dyslexia might be helped by it.Throughout the implementation of IEPs, the author is mainly responsible for remedial teaching. She has adopted direct, multi-sensory and cognition education as three strategies for remedial teaching. Direct strategy is the simplest and shortest way for students to learn a single method. This can help them to grasp swiftly the main theme and schedule of a lesson. And the student can follow hints of the schedule. Besides, the writer has combined the multi-sensory and cognition strategies. This is to help them understand the learning and comprehension strategies, like situational thinking and role play. Also, the student can learn the preparatory strategies, such as reading heading, using chart, imagination organization, and fine refinement technique of contextual association. At the same time, the writer has adopted positive reinforcement to stimulate and maintain student’s learning motives. She also implements self-management technique to help them monitor their own learning behaviours.Result of the study finds that individualized education programs(IEPs) must be implemented through team work. Subject teacher is the key person to help student learn. Parental support is the essential promise to achieve teaching goals. Last but not least, remedial teaching of professional teacher is the beneficial supply to achievement of teaching goals. Besides, the writer has noted the insufficiency of student to learn by strategic learning. It is important to remediate and enhance their basic knowledges. As a result, the writer has postulated the content of follow-up study. More effort has to be put on team building and communication to formulate student’s IEPs, remediation of basic knowledge, and guidance to master various learning strategies.
