From the study of the thoughts on the individualized education deeply, this paper generalizes the practice of individualized education in my experience of teaching chemistry in the ninth grade. In the course of teaching, my specific methods on implementation individualized education includes some aspects, such asrestablish the developing characteristic archives of the students, construct democratic and social educational atmosphere, design interesting and curious educated scope and change the teaching methods. The result proves that individualized education increase the students' studying interest, form the hobby of self-study and develop the capacity of experiment. So it is a good way to increase the capacity of the students in many fields. |
